How to use a wooden wick

After each burn, give your wooden wick a small trim to keep it in top shape. A candle that keeps going out usually means the wick is too charred. Snip or pinch away the blackened wood using a trimmer, nail clipper, or tissue so your next burn stays bright and even.

Candle Care

Before lighting, make sure your wood wick is trimmed. Remove any burnt wood from the last burn or trim with a proper tool. A 1/4" wick length is ideal for consistent burning.
During the first burn, let the wax reach the sides of the jar. This can take 2–4 hours. Never exceed a 4-hour burn to avoid uneven melting.
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Place on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from anything that can catch fire, and keep out of reach of children and pets.
To enjoy peak scent and burn quality, burn your candle within 2 years.
