The Spooky Cinnamon Chai Candle
In the dim glow of the old academy’s library, the air is heavy with mystery and the warm aroma of cinnamon chai. Study Hall Haunt is a richly layered chai candle that blends cinnamon, aromatic cardamom, and deep clove with creamy vanilla and bold black tea. The fragrance is both comforting and unsettling, as if a cup of spiced chai had been poured by unseen hands.
With every flicker of the flame, the room comes alive with whispers of ghostly study sessions, phantom footsteps drifting down stone corridors, and the faint rustle of forgotten pages turning in the dark. This chai candle is more than a scent; it creates an atmosphere that is cozy yet haunting, familiar yet touched by something otherworldly. Light it on autumn evenings or stormy afternoons to transform your space into a shadowed retreat where knowledge lingers and spirits keep watch.

Care
- Always trim your wood wick before each light! Simply pinch off the charred wood from the previous light, or use a wick trimmer for a cleaner cut. Wicks should be about 1/4" each time the candle is lit. The most common reason for wood wick candles not staying lit is a wick that is too long.
- In order to ensure your candle will not tunnel over time, give your candle ample time to melt to the edge the first time you light it. This can take up to 4 hours
- remember not to light the candle near anything flammeble: fabrics, curtains, house plants, etc. Keep candle away from pets and children. Do not light for longer than 4 hours at a time. Be careful handling candle when it is lit as the jar can be very hot.
Let me tell you a story...
Halloween night. I could hear the yells and music from various parties all over the street below from my seat in the campus library. Here I was cramming for an exam instead of dressing up and having fun with the rest of my friends tonight. So lame.
I looked at the time on my phone. A little after midnight. When a light went out in the hallway, I wondered if they were on a timer to tell poor souls like mine to get up and take a break.
Then another light went out. Then another. It wasn't long before the entire library was shrouded in black except for a faint flickering candle flame at the end of the stacks. I quickly packed my backpack and dropped a textbook in my rush when a white face appeared from behind the flame. The ghostly librarian held a skeletal finger up to her mouth and looked toward me with deep caverns where her eyes were meant to be. She suddenly blew out the flame and everything was black.
